V8: What's New? -:>

  1. this week is updating graphics and impvoring the NPC AI
  2. new npc imp graphic for both their thrall and imps
  3. new ai route movements for IMPS and their Thralls
  4. Thralls now won't chase after the player
  5. Easter Egg that's going to be changed later, Space Bar is the testing for a new Attack for the player. 3rd level will have an Easter egg that allows the player to attack, otherwise it remains a stealth based game
  6. Ginseng now has a full new sprite sheet :)

Updates for tomorrow? Expect minimal work as I have to care for my mother. Hoping to add more graphics logic for the player sprite as we move forward. Hoping to finish the Imp sprite sheet as well.

  7. you now only start with 0 torches, and minimum sight range is just 2 tiles in all directions

Known Bugs:

  1. Some audio won't play for some reason, no idea why
  2. The Sliders have dopplegaengers
  3. Some tiles outside the bounds of sight are visible for no known reason

Arrow Keys are the controls.

Just a 1 day, < 8 hour project.

You play as a ginseng named Kalvgv, who is in search of treasures. You start with a few torches, and the torches randomly come per step. Enemies destroy torches. There is no dying, just darkness and being lost.

I plan on adding a second level, where traps and new monsters will be.

For now, monsters spawn as you explore the dungeon from a spawn point.
